I work near one of the NJ proposed sites. Any word when these will be in operation?
Approval should be granted in about 2 months from now (Jan 4 08). Then it is a matter of scheduling the installation. I don't know if it is a matter of days, weeks, or months.
I've been hoping for a while, they'd put a repeater back in Greensboro North Carolina.
I bought a sirius receiver from a friend with a lifelong activation in 2006 a few days before that repeater was shut down.
Now, I can't get sirius unless I'm close to winston and sense the radio was activated in his name, no online account either, lol.
Any word if the application has been passed for these repeaters?
