Sirius Granted Authority to Operate Signal Boosters at Annual Stockholders Meeting

Sirius was granted authority to operate a very low powered repeater at its annual stockholders meeting from May 21-24, 2007.

Earlier in the day, the FCC granted XM's recent application to operate a repeater at PGA events, once the current STA expires. Once they realized that they no longer expeditiously grant authorities to satellite radio, they withdrew the grant and issued an administrative update. The Coalition must have given them a call.
