Delphi's Hierarchical Modulation Patent Applications

With Delphi's recent two applications concerning Hierarchical Modulation and Sirius' discussion of their Overlay Modudation technique, I thought it might be worthwhile to take a look at Delphi's applications. Delphi seems to have staked out its territory here. Both XM and Sirius will have difficulty steering clear of these applications. Sirius has stated that their engineers were developing the technology. XM hasn't indicated anything other than that they are working on it.

European Patent Office links are used where available, since more information is available there.
